About Me
I've spent the last 10+ years working in editorial design focused on national news and the federal government, most recently at Government Executive. I've learned that most press officers don't answer their cell phones (although they always give me their cell numbers) and that despite all the changes in visual technology, there's still nothing more compelling than a well-composed photograph.
I'm a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Publication Layout and Informational Graphics. If I had known that the entire publication industry was going to take a nosedive I probably would have spent more time writing HTML.
